This is an intense/graphic video from Sri Lankan born Rapper/Musician MIA. The exact point she is trying to make in video is not clear. The video seems to depict a totalitarian state in which those with power, the police / military are brutal with impunity. (**Video is Not Work Safe and not for kids)
